She believes it’s a key to unlocking our true desires, those things we secretly yearn for but haven’t pursued because fear holds us back.

Maybe you’d finally book that solo trip around the world, quit your job to start your own business, or share your deepest thoughts and feelings with the world. Whatever it is, without fear in the picture, what would you do?

Fear is a natural part of being human, but it shouldn’t control us.
