KEY POINTS

Andria Giles, a personal life coach for women, left her corporate job and started her company in 2018. As someone not afraid to step out of their comfort zone, Giles participated in the MHTN experiment “Inside The Casket,” a wake-up call to live life to the fullest. Giles sits down with Jessica Reyes to discuss her experience.

Andria’s Experience

A casket can be a terrifying sight, being asked to step inside one might sound crazy to some, but Giles stepped up for the experience. Just seeing a casket can remind someone of every funeral they’ve ever been to, and how we contemplate life in those moments. Giles describes the experience as having that profound appreciation for life, wondering if she’s making the most of it. As something you have to die to be in, usually, being inside a casket can alter how you want to live your life as soon as you get out of it.

Andria’s Message For Everyone

Giles says to anyone wondering what the experience is like to live each day to the fullest. There’s nothing as long as the lives we have so use your time to create the best one imaginable. Being in a casket forces you to look back on all decisions, regrets, and dreams; so live in a way that won’t make you question your life once it’s finally over.
