Advising those seeking therapy to remember that it can take time to find what works for you. Red Flags to Avoid

Some key signals can indicate if a practice isn’t right for you. While a therapist with many specialties can seem like an excellent doctor wealthy with knowledge, Dr. Roddick advises people that it’s probably better to find a practice specializing in one area. Additionally, if a doctor practices things that don’t align with each other, it could indicate a lack of oversight or proper training in those fields.
